Dr. Robert Nudera grew up in Aurora and attended high school at Marmion Academy. His formal education began at Creighton University in Omaha, NE for his undergraduate degree. He continued on to the University of Illinois Chicago for his dental training, earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Nudera completed his General Practice Residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL before returning to the University of Illinois Chicago for his orthodontic training and Master of Science degree. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Nudera is involved in various continuing education programs, ranging from Damon® and Invisalign® programs to AAO lectures and local dental study clubs. His many hours of continuing education keeps him up-to-date with the most current treatment techniques, modalities, and technologies in the fields of not only orthodontics but also in dentistry as a whole.

Dr. Nudera currently lives in Northbrook, IL with his wife, Lina, and their two sons R.J. and Luke. When he’s not at work, Dr. Nudera enjoys spending as much time with his family as possible, especially doing outdoor activities such as running, biking, and skiing. In the evenings, he can also be found lost in a good book.
