Braces Safe Candy
Not all Halloween candy is off-limits with braces! 🍬
Soft, meltable treats like Hershey's, Reese's Cups, m&ms (skip the peanut ones!), Kit Kats, and Peppermint Patties are safe bets that won't pull on brackets or wires. Save this list before trick-or-treat night!

The 20 minute rule
Tip of the week: try the 20-minute rule. 🍬
Limit candy grazing to one sitting instead of snacking all day — your mouth needs time between exposures to recover from the acid-sugar triggers. Less grazing means less strain on teeth and braces.
One sitting, then done. Simple as that.
